Hello dear students!
We are very excited to introduce the Fitcie to you! Building on the legacy of ‘Geerfit’ the Fitcie will aim to enhance the physical and mental well-being of students at the faculty. We will stretch our well-being by organising (online) morning yoga sessions, spread positivity by sharing happy moments and positive developments on Discord, as well as spreading awareness on (mostly) mental issues by doing interviews for the Gerardus podcast. Furthermore the Fitcie strives to work together with other committees and the Gerardus Board to encourage well-being everywhere.
You, student of our faculty, are of course the most important! So, if you have a good idea for an activity, or have a topic that’s important to you and that you want to spread awareness about, please talk to us! You can send your ideas, questions and remarks to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
