Gerardus van der Leeuw is the study association of the Faculty of Religion, Culture and Society of the University of Groningen. It was founded in 2003 and is named after the first theologian to introduce religious studies to our university, and twenty years later we are still going strong! We love our faculty community and want to make our students feel happy and at home by organizing events like our yearly Christmas play, borrels, parties, study sessions, pub lectures, and workshops for students and staff.
