They meet with the board to discuss topics that are important for our faculty, like mental health, sustainability, and research. they also bravely read long, long documents, such as the infamous OER (the teaching and examination regulations) to make sure all the rules are fair. They have our best interest at heart and aim to improve the faculty for us!
